This shop is built in a rather confused existing building. A large victorian indultrial complex that has been intensly remodled as a high end shopping mall by a famous designer.

Rectangular aluminium sections were anodized in a deep red and assembled into a rigourous grid. The height and span of this framework is intimate and brings the feeling of enclosure down while retaining the full height of the room. Textured glass is used in a kind of internal facade to screen the back of house, this gives the space a theatrical quality hightened by a large artificial sun light that casts a warm tinted glow throughout.
