A renovation of an apartment in south London from 1890.
Many windows per square meters,
not many square meters.
This project is about re-establishing generous, well proportioned rooms. A corridor is removed, a lobby is enlarged enough to become another type of space and the living spaces are better defined. complex and precise technical solutions are used for sound and drainage issues while the main spaces are left as bare and basic as possible.
